9/23 at 9:06 a.m. Sheila Terranova Beasley, 51, of Sunset Road, Falmouth, was arrested by Officer Robert Susi and charged with criminal trespass.

Summonses

9/10 at 3:46 p.m. Daniel Doherty, 43, of Knox Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons by Officer Cheryl Dupuis on a charge of owning or keeping an animal that kills or injures.

9/22 at 3:06 p.m. Joann Daigle, 48, of Middle Road, Falmouth, was issued a summons by Sergeant Frank Soule on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license.

9/22 at 3:40 p.m. Paul Mullen, 52, of Fieldstone Lane, Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Charles Burnie on a charge of allowing dog to be at large.

9/22 at 4:08 p.m. Emily Kiesow, 35, of Pleasant Street, Saco, was issued a summons by Officer Dean Mazziotti on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.

9/23 at 3:24 p.m. Farahmand Igani, 42, of Gray Road, Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Phillip Hatch on a charge of violation of protective order.

Party poopers

9/19 at 10:47 p.m. A Winslow Road resident called police to complain about a loud party at a house across the street. He had already stopped a couple of the party goers from urinating on his property. An officer shut down the party.

Hot wire

9/21 at 8:54 a.m. Police received a report of a theft of copper grounding cable from a cell phone site on Route 1. According to police, they believe this theft could be related to some recent copper thefts in Portland.  The cable was valued at about $600.

Stay in school and go to jail

9/23 at 9:06 a.m. A woman who had a dispute with administrators at Falmouth High School over an issue with her child was arrested after refusing to leave school grounds. According to police, Sheila Terranova Beasley, 51, of Sunset Road, Falmouth, was repeatedly requested to leave by School Resource Officer Robert Susi. Instead of leaving when warned her arrest was imminent, Beasley allegedly insisted on being arrested and taken to Cumberland County Jail.
