Jones, 54, of West Elm Street, Yarmouth, was issued a summons on Winn Road by Officer Colin Gordan on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days, failure to display current or valid inspection sticker, failure to provide proof of insurance and operating with a suspended or revoked license.
