Arrests

9/11 at 1:58 a.m. John Bueh, 44, of Dyer Court, Danvers, Massachusetts, was arrested on southbound Interstate 295 by Officer Jeff Smith on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/11 at 3:46 p.m. Robert Owens, 49, of Fox Run Road, was arrested on Fox Run Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of terrorizing and violating conditions of release.

Summonses

No criminal summonses were reported from Sept. 9–16.

Bang on the drum all day

9/12 at 2:39 p.m. Police responded to a noise complaint call on Chester Avenue, with the caller saying bongo drums being played loudly in the neighborhood. Police discovered neighbors celebrating the Muslim holiday Eid al-Adha. Given the time of day, police did not think the drumming was unreasonable and did not issue a warning.

Blast from the past

9/12 at 4:20 p.m. Police received calls of two men selling stereo equipment from the back of a white Cadillac Escalade in the Hannaford parking lot on Gray Road. One caller recognized the men as having sold him projector equipment in the past. The men were gone when police arrived, but are still being sought, as they need a town or state permit to be selling these goods.

9/13 at 8:29 p.m. Water rescue on Madokawando Landing.

9/14 at 2:10 p.m. Power lines down on Blackstrap Road.

9/14 at 2:20 p.m. Accident on the Maine Turnpike Spur.

9/15 at 10:10 p.m. Carbon monoxide alarm on Foreside Road.

Falmouth emergency medical services responded to 28 calls from Sept. 9–16.
