Arrests

9/1 at 3:15 a.m. Chelsea Campbell, 22, of Skillin Road, Cumberland, was arrested on Blackstrap Road by Officer Jeff Smith on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/4 at 1:22 a.m. Katriz F. Hodge, 23, of Warren Avenue, Buxton, was arrested on Middle Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on charges of operating under the influence and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

9/4 at 2:51 a.m. Buchanan A. Lee, 20, of Longwoods Road, was arrested on Longwoods Road by Officer Jeff Pardue on charges of violating conditions of release, two counts of trafficking in a scheduled drug and three counts of possession of a scheduled drug.

Summonses

8/30 at 2:47 p.m. Thomas J. Leonard, 24, of Falmouth Road, Windham, was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

9/3 at 8:09 p.m. Anthony M. Nappi, 20, of College Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons at Walton Park by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

No De Niro

9/5 at 11:06 p.m. Police responded to a call from a taxi-driver parked in the Walmart lot, alleging that his passenger, Louis Barboza, 28, of Woodford Street in Portland, failed to pay the $36.50 owed for the ride. The driver told police that Barboza bolted from the cab into the store and disappeared. Officer Kurt Fegan found and arrested Barboza while he was walking down a side street, after he had left the store using an emergency exit. He was calling someone else for a ride, police said.
