8/24 at 5:28 pm. Emery Smith, 34, of Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Mike Brown on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and theft of services.

8/21 at 8:56 p.m. Marc Gagnon, 47, of Oakmont Drive, was issued a summons on Brookside Drive by Officer Steven Hamilton on a charge of domestic violence assault.

House is a rockin’

8/20 at 8:26 p.m. A Pinewood Lane resident called police, saying a prowler had entered his home because he heard loud noises upstairs. Upon arrival, police also heard the noises and investigated. After searching the house, police determined the loud pounding noise was coming from a faulty speaker sub-woofer.
