9/27 at 6:10 p.m. Brett Seymour, 54, of Forest Lake Road, Gray, was arrested on Blackstrap Road by Officer Dan Austin on charges of terrorizing and reckless conduct.

9/30 at 11 a.m. Edward O’Brien, 52, of Willowdale Road, Scarborough, was arrested on Bucknam Road by Officer Matt Fulmer on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

Summonses

9/26 at 9:54 p.m. Samantha M.M. Joyce, 23, of Glenwood Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons on Hurricane Road by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

10/1 at 9:30 p.m. Tiffany Greenleaf, 22, of McLaughlin Lane, Casco, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Steven Townsend on charges of theft by receiving stolen property and burglary.

Pedaling and purloining?

9/26 at 3 a.m. Police reported homes on Rebecca Way and Ledgewood Drive were broken into during the day, and several cars were burglarized in previous nights around the Portland city limit. While investigating, police discovered a man dressed in black riding a bicycle without lights. Once spotted, police said he abandoned his bike and ran. Officers did not find the man, although he did trigger motion lights in the area.
