9/29 at 9:34 p.m. Casey Tucker, 18, of Summit Street, Portland, was arrested by Officer Daniel Austin and charged with failing to stop for officer, attaching false plates, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

Summonses

9/25 at 3:18 a.m. Eric Wright, 22, of Tanglewood Drive, Henderson, Nev., was summonsed by Officer Kevin Conger Jr. on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license and failing to obtain a drivers license.

9/27 at 9:17 p.m. Chelsea Caprio, 19, of Farm Gate Road, Falmouth, was summonsed by Officer Daniel Austin on a charge of minor possessing liquor.

9/30 at 12:50 a.m. Terry Tucker Jr., 20, of Summit Street, Portland, was summonsed by Sergeant Frank Soule on a charge of failing to give correct name, address or date of birth.

Dropped call

9/28 at 2:12 p.m. A Clearwater Drive resident reported a suspicious green truck traveling through the complex. A woman was reportedly driving along with a male passenger wearing a tank top that revealed tattoos on his arms. When officers located the truck, they learned the man works for a landscaping company and was looking for his cell phone he’d lost while on a job there.

Where the rubber meets the rogue

9/29 at 9:34 p.m. Police said Casey Tucker, 18, of Portland, drove over himself while allegedly trying to evade officers. According to police reports, officers attempted to stop Tucker on Route 1 when he took off in his car. Tucker turned onto Brown Street where he veered off the street, across a lawn, into a mailbox and over some rocks. Police said Tucker attempted to exit the passenger-side door of the still-moving car when he was run over. When police got to him, they allegedly found him holding crack cocaine. He was treated for his injuries at the scene and was arrested for failing to stop, attaching false plates, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

Inheritance tact

9/30 at 10:10 p.m. An Ivy Place resident called police to report his ex-sister-in-law had allegedly stolen about $70,000 worth of property and checks belonging to his deceased ex-wife. The man is executor of his ex-wife’s estate but her sister, according to police, came into town, took the things and shipped them south. The police have contacted the district attorney.
