9/22 at 3:10 a.m. Sarah Holt, 28, of Spruce Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/26 at 9:30 a.m. Timothy Strout, 23, of Brown Cove Road, Windham, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

Summonses

8/31 at 11:42 p.m. Paul Simisky, 35, of Fore Street, Portland was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

9/15 at 11:38 p.m. Kelly Allison, 29, of Brentwood Drive, Auburn, was issued a summons on White Rock Drive by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of possession of marijuana.

9/23 at 3:53 p.m. Jamie Lynn Worsten, 39, of Kellogg Street, Portland was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

9/26 at 5:55 p.m. Police were called to Shaw’s on Route 1 after an argument broke out between two customers. The verbal quarrel broke out after one customer commented on how long it was taking another customer to check out. The second man reportedly became angry and threatened to “bash in” the other’s head. There was no physical contact and no charges were filed.
