9/24 at 2:24 a.m. Jacob A. Norton, 27, of State Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Gray Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on a warrant.

9/26 at 8:30 p.m. Joseph J. Handlon, 33, of Longwoods Road, was arrested on Longwoods Road by Officer Lucas Hallett on charges of assault and two counts of possession of scheduled drugs.

9/27 at 7:30 p.m. Sandra J. Krabbe, 51, of Frost Hill Road, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Lucas Hallett on charges of operating under the influence and violating condition of release.

9/27 at 10:06 p.m. Michael J. Taylor, 46, of Winn Road, was arrested on Winn Road by Officer Jeff Pardue on a charge of criminal threatening.

9/27 at 11:48 p.m. Donald A. Grover, 57, of Grover Way, was arrested on Hillside Avenue by Officer Jeff Pardue on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

9/17 at 12:21 a.m. A 16-year-old boy, of Portland, was issued a summons on Woodville Road by Officer Lucas Hallett on a charge of possession of a fictitious license.

9/19 at 12:45 p.m. Todd W. Webster, 44, of Draco Lane, Windham, was issued a summons on Mast Road by Officer Phillip Hatch on a charge of operating after a license was suspended.

9/20 at 10:49 a.m. January L. Cardelli, 29, of Longwoods Road, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Phillip Hatch on a charge of criminal trespass.

9/20 at 9:20 p.m. Melissa S. Boxer, 32, of Gray Road, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Lucas Hallett on a charge of attaching false plates.

9/23 at 12:10 a.m. Mony Chhat, 21, of Portland, was issued a summons on Falmouth Road by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Un-dressed

9/23 at 10:41 a.m. A woman from Mississippi reportedly called police to report that a woman from Falmouth had purchased a dress from her online, but had not paid for it. Police reportedly told the caller to initiate the theft report with her home police department.

Inside job

9/27 at 3:56 p.m. Norway Savings Bank reported that an employee was allegedly embezzling a large amount of money from the Falmouth branch. Police are investigating and a felony charge against the employee is pending.

Book ’em!

9/28 at 7:26 a.m. A caller reported theft of college textbooks from an unlocked vehicle on Underwood Road, where a string of burglaries from unlocked vehicles have been reported. Police called local colleges and asked them to report if someone tried to sell back the books. Police said SMCC reported two males attempting to return the texts, including one who was already a suspect in another Falmouth burglary. The investigation is still underway and charges are pending.
