10/15 at 2:20 p.m. Riley Storer, 25, of North Gorham Road, Gorham, was arrested on Gray Road by Detective Jeff Pardue on charges of domestic violence assault, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence reckless conduct and violating conditions of release.

10/19 at 10:15 a.m. John Allan, 60, of Forest Avenue, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Matt Fulmer on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/20 at 12:11 a.m. Michael Mitchell, 52, of Falmouth Road, was arrested on Falmouth Road by Officer Steve Crocker on charges of operating under the influence and possession of marijuana.

Summonses

6/27 at 4:07 p.m. Lisa Koenig, 59, of Pinkham Brook Road, Durham, was issued a summons on Northbrook Drive by Officer Steven Townsend on charges of intentionally endangering the welfare of a dependent person, stealing drugs and falsifying private records.

10/14 at 10:16 p.m. A 15-year-old female, of Westbrook, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Steven Crocker on a charge of illegal transportation of drugs by a minor.

10/14 at 10:16 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Westbrook, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Steven Crocker on a charge of illegal transportation of drugs by a minor.

10/14 at 11:07 p.m. William Porensky, 37, of Danforth Street, Portland, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of indecent conduct.

10/14 at 11:49 p.m. Martha Murdick, 44, of Andrews Avenue, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Brown on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/14 at 11:49 p.m. Heidi Kendrick, 42, of Congress Street, Portland, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Brown on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/15 at 7:46 p.m. Derek Farquharson, 28, of Princeton, was issued a summons on Bucknam Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle for over 150 days.

We want…a shrubbery!

10/15 at 1:49 p.m. Police received a call about two suspicious looking men outside the former Wendy’s restaurant on U.S. Route 1. One man was seen on the ground, and the other appeared to have a machete on his belt and appeared to have been hacking at shrubbery. Police discovered both men were highly intoxicated and though both had large knives, no machete was found. They were told not to hack the shrubbery and to move along.
