10/16 at 11:42 p.m. Joshua Howell, 19, of South Portland, was arrested on Gray Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on a warrant for another agency.
10/17 at 5:10 p.m. William Bolling, 41, of Ledgewood Drive, was arrested on Ledgewood Drive by Officer Dan Austin on a warrant.
10/17 at 10:55 p.m. Michael Cloutier, 23, of Pittston, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Steve Hamilton on a warrant for another agency.
Summonses
10/13 at 9:53 p.m. Mikhail Kasyanov, 21, of Windham, was issued a summons on Brook Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on a charge of driving more than 30 mph over the speed limit.
Barking up the wrong street
10/17 at 9:45 a.m. The animal control officer reportedly responded to Briarwood Lane for a series of repeated complaints about a barking dog. The ACO issued the dog’s owner, Russell Darling, 53, of 12 Briarwood Lane, a civil summons for violation of the nuisance dog ordinance.
Dog vs. bike
10/17 at 1:27 p.m. A caller reported that he was riding his bicycle along Brook Road when a black Lab dog ran out in front of him. The Lab reportedly became tangled in the bike and the man flipped over the handlebars. The caller, who was reportedly not seriously injured in the collision, told police the dog limped away.
Givin’ up on the dream
10/18 at 1:37 p.m. An officer picked up an abandoned guitar on the side of the road on Nicholis Way. Police determined it was not stolen and will put it in storage.
