10/5 at 1:57 a.m. William Sandberg, 46, of Waites Landing Road, was arrested on Waites Landing Road by Officer Dan Austin on charges of domestic violence assault and terrorizing.

10/8 at 2:45 p.m. Richard Myers, 41, of Ward Road, Windham, was arrested on Winn Road, Cumberland by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of violating conditions of release and theft by deception, and an outstanding warrant from another agency.
