10/3 at 7:00 p.m. Jonathan Fitts, 48, of Middle Road, Falmouth, was arrested by Officer Dan Austin on a warrant.
10/3 at 9:26 p.m. Robert Montgomery, 53, of Longwoods Road, Falmouth, was arrested by Officer Dan Austin and charged with operating under the influence.
10/8 at 6:36 p.m. Karen Vandermast, 56, of Babbidge Road, Falmouth, was arrested by Officer Stephen Hamilton on a warrant.
Summonses
10/6 at 1:36 p.m. Peter Koster, 60, of unknown address, Yarmouth, was summonsed by Harbormaster Alan Twombley on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.
Bear sighting?
10/2 at 2:34 p.m. A Mountain Road resident reported hearing a noise from her shed. When she looked out, she said she saw a person or a bear fleeing the area. Police searched but found neither a bear or a person.
Boys inciting
10/2 at 9:40 p.m. A caller from Reg Roc Road reported five teenage males walking down his street and felt they didn’t belong there. An officer checked the area but could not locate the teens.
Girls fighting
10/8 at 9:51 p.m. Police received a report that a group of five or six young women fighting in an apartment complex on Ledgewood Drive. Officers stopped a vehicle full of female juveniles. One of them had allegedly been assaulted but no one wanted to make a statement.
