10/6 at 6:04 p.m. Christopher Giordano, 33, of Bethel, was arrested on Bucknam Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked and violating condition of release.
10/7 at 10:39 p.m. Andrew Preston, 38, of Forest View Drive, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating under the influence.
10/8 at 3:45 p.m. Maurice Walker, 22, of Westbrook, was arrested at Wendy’s on Route 1 by Officer Dan Hatch on a warrant for another agency.
Summonses
9/24 at 10:31 p.m. Durel Lacayo, 18, of Portland, was issued a summons on Allen Avenue Extension by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.
9/30 at 10:36 p.m. Walter Leroy Galbraith, 41, of Gibsonton, Fla., was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.
10/5 at 12:27 p.m. Matthew Hamilton, 18, of Portland, was issued a summons at Falmouth High School by Officer Robert Susi on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
10/5 at 12:27 p.m. Timothy Sanborn, 19, of Portland, was issued two summonses at Falmouth High School by Officer Robert Susi on charges of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and indecent conduct.
10/5 at 12:27 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Standish, and a 17-year-old male, of Portland, were issued summonses at Falmouth High School by Officer Robert Susi on charges of illegal possession of alcohol by a juvenile.

Squashed
10/3 at 1:55 p.m. A man called police after his adult son reportedly returned home from being away for several days and smashed two pumpkins in the front yard during an argument. When police arrived at the scene, the father said he did not wish to press charges.
Whiz kids
10/5 at 12:27 p.m. A group of teenage boys reportedly pulled into the visitor’s parking lot in front of Falmouth High School to return one of the boys’ girlfriend’s car. Two of the boys then allegedly got out of the car and relieved themselves in view of classroom and the principal’s windows. School Resource Officer Robert Susi approached the boys and discovered a case of Budweiser 16-ounce bottles in the car. All the boys were issued summonses for possession of alcohol and two were charged with indecent exposure. The Portland Police Department is investigating an alleged theft of Budweiser from a Portland store they believe is connected to the incident.
