Summonses

10/25 at 10:46 p.m. Marc Giglio, 45, of Arcadia Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on a charge of attaching false plates.

11/24 at 2:17 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Falmouth, was issued a summons on Foreside Road by Officer Robert Susi on a charge of criminal mischief.

Dumpster diving … with permission

11/19 at 12:48 p.m. Police responded to a report a man in jeans and a blue sweatshirt rummaging through the dumpster at the old Saab dealership on Route 1. Upon arrival, police questioned the man, who reportedly said that he had permission to go through the dumpster. Police corroborated the story and left the scene.

Armed bullies take lunch money, phone

11/23 at 5:47 p.m. A woman called police to report her teenage son and three friends had been robbed near the schools on Middle Road by two males in a Chevy pickup truck. The boys reportedly told police they were walking home when the truck pulled up. One man allegedly told them he had a knife and demanded they give him everything they had. The boys reportedly turned over an iPhone and $1 in cash. The incident is under investigation.

Making grampa proud

11/24 at 2:17 p.m. Police responded to a call from a waste-water treatment employee who reported he caught a teenager spray-painting the bridge on Foreside Road. Upon arrival, police spoke to the 17-year-old boy, who allegedly told them he was beautifying the area by writing his grandfather’s initials on the bridge. But when asked his grandfather’s name, the name allegedly did not match the initials he had painted. He was issued a summons for criminal mischief.

11/23 at 1:22 p.m. Structure fire on Route 1.

11/23 at 2:26 p.m. Fire on Arborside Drive.

11/24 at 7:01 p.m. Fire alarm on Congressional Drive.

11/25 at 7:37 a.m. Motor vehicle accident on the Maine Turnpike.

11/25 at 10:46 a.m. Fire alarm on Field Road.
