10/27 at 1:32 a.m. Nicolle Steel, 25, of Hillside Street, Yarmouth, was arrested on northbound Interstate 295 by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating under the influence and exceeding the speed limit by 10-14 mph.

10/27 at 12:01 p.m. Nicholas Mercurio, 26, of York Street, York Harbor, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Matt Fulmer on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/28 at 9:15 a.m. Donald Dowen, 65, of Maple Avenue, Scarborough, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. George Savidge on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, operating an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 150 days and violating conditions of release.


No criminal summonses were reported from Oct. 21–28.

Midnight rambler

10/26 at 7:54 a.m. An employee at the Falmouth Country Club reported someone had stolen a golf cart during the night and damaged the greens while driving around before returning the cart.

10/27 at 5:36 a.m. Motor vehicle accident on southbound Interstate 295.

10/28 at 5:16 a.m. Alarm call on Blueberry Lane.
