11/15 at 12:22 a.m. David W. Bartholomew, 46, of Fox Run Road, was arrested on Blackstrap Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating under the influence.
11/17 at 7:28 p.m. Marc C. Gagnon, 44, of Oakmont Drive, was arrested at his residence by Officer Dan Austin on a charge of domestic violence assault.
11/21 at 12:14 a.m. Zachary D. Payne, 30, of Colonial Village, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating under the influence.
Summonses
Police did not report any summonses issued from Nov. 15-22.
Air mail?
11/17 at 7:39 a.m. Police responded to a report of criminal mischief on Sulky Way where someone had thrown a mailbox into a ditch. There are no suspects, according to Lt. John Kilbride.
Charges pending for assault
11/21 at 10:52 a.m. Charges are pending for a man who allegedly assaulted his girlfriend within his car in the parking lot of Rite Aid Pharmacy on Depot Road. The man, who was not named by police, allegedly slammed his girlfriend’s head against the car window, pushed her out and sped away leaving her behind.
