11/15 at 4:15 a.m. Nikki Healy, 21, of Off Road, Alfred, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/15 at 10:07 p.m. Tabitha Richards, 36, of Mechanic Street, Westbrook, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Kurt Fegan on charges of operating under the influence and operating with a suspended or revoked license and an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

11/16 at 2:16 p.m. Yulia Smirnova, 51, no address listed, of Augusta, was arrested on Marston Street by Officer Dan Austin on a charge of violating conditions of release.

11/19 at 9:37 p.m. Jesse Purves, 44, of Spruce Lane, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Dan Austin on a charge of operating under the influence.

Out of the blue

11/18 at 3 a.m. Police, with a K-9 unit responded to a possible bomb threat in the Wal-Mart shopping plaza after getting a call saying “Code blue, SWAT’s on the way.” No explosive devices were found.
