11/12 at 12:55 a.m. Alberto S. Athearn, 25, of Spring Street, Brunswick, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Mathew Yeaton on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/12 at 5:32 p.m. John Oryem Aboda, 35, of Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Al Twombley on a charge of violating conditions of release.
