11/11 at 12:40 p.m. Daimon L. McCollum, 29, of Deering Avenue, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Steve Hamilton on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/14 at 11:30 a.m. Devante Howard, 19, no address listed, was arrested on Trolley Farm Way by Officer Al Twombley on a charge of theft.

11/15 at 12:22 a.m. David W. Bartholomew, 46, of Fox Run Road, was arrested on Blackstrap Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating under the influence.


11/26 at 10:03 a.m. Natasha L. Scott, 21, of Vista Drive, Windham, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Matthew Fulmer on a charge of misuse of identification.

License to steal?

11/10 at 3:07 p.m. Police investigated a report of a stolen license plate on Gray Road. Lt. John Kilbride said thefts of license plates are rare, but somewhat ominous because stolen plates are often used in commission of crimes.
