11/6 at 11:05 a.m. Joshua Luciano, 39, of Portland, was arrested on Brook Road in Westbrook by Det. Jeff Pardue on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/7 at 1:45 a.m. Christopher LeBlanc, 23, of Hillside Avenue, Cumberland, was arrested on Falmouth Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating under the influence.


9/30 at 10:46 a.m. Edward O’Brien, 52, of Willowdale Road, Scarborough, was issued a summons on Bucknam Road by Officer Matthew Fulmer on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/1 at 3:30 p.m. Minnolta D. Chhay, 22, of Saco Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Matthew Fulmer on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and failure to give correct name and date of birth.

Eggs and issues

11/9 at 9:23 p.m. Police responded to home on Pleasant Hill Road, where an unknown person or persons had thrown eggs at the side of the house. A vehicle was not seen, and the homeowner did not know who would do this, according to police. Aside from the eggs, no damage was reported.

11/8 at 2:09 p.m. Fire alarm on Blueberry Lane.

11/9 at 10:18 a.m. Fire alarm on Mountain Road.

11/9 at 5:54 p.m. Fire alarm on Foreside Road.

11/12 at 10:04 a.m. Fire alarm on Marion Way.

11/12 at 10:23 a.m. Fire alarm on  Maplewood Circle.
