10/31 at 10:51 p.m. Timothy Richards, 35, of Blackstrap Road, Cumberland, was arrested on Blackstrap Road by Officer Steve Crocker on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license beyond conditions.

11/1 at 9:55 a.m. Daniel McIntyre, 67, of Pennsylvania Avenue, Miami, Florida, was arrested on Marshall Drive by Officer Alex Beaton on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/2 at 1:12 a.m. Kellsey D. Walls, 25, of Sherman Street, Portland, was arrested on southbound Interstate 295 by Officer Mike Brown on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/22 at 12:18 a.m. John Reynolds, 47, of Winn Road, was issued a summons on Winn Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger Jr. on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/27 at 9:31 p.m. Tanor Bourgoin, 22, of Townline Road, Carrabassett Valley, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger Jr. on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

10/28 at 11:13 a.m. Chad Palmer, 22, of Hollis Road, Hollis, was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Officer Steven Crocker on charges of violating conditions of release and operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Which way did he go?

11/2 at 3:43 p.m. Police reported a suspicious man on a bike approached a home on Hardy Road, asking for directions to the Hannaford Supermarket on Gray Road. The man had a cut on his hand, was wearing biking gear and a baseball cap, and appeared disheveled. The only person home at the time was a 14 year-old girl, who became nervous after she did not see the man leave the property. Police searched the property, finding no one, and no one else reported seeing him.
