10/30 at 10:20 a.m. Nicholas Fecteau, 24, of Fairmount Street, Lewiston, was arrested by Officers Dan Austin and Kevin Conger and Chief Edward Tolan and charged with failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, habitual motor vehicle offender, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and terrorizing.
11/2 at 9:25 a.m. Lawrence Moore III, of Route 1, Falmouth, was arrested by Harbor Master Al Twombley on a warrant.

10/31 at 8:40 a.m. A Brookside Drive resident reported that someone had smashed her mailbox and draped a street sign for Partridge Lane across her front door. When officers investigated, they discovered the entire signpost, including the street sign and a stop sign, had been removed from the corner.
Shaggy shopper
11/2 at 1:39 p.m. A Shaw’s Supermarket employee called police after a large, white dog had strolled into the grocery store. Eventually, the dog was coaxed into the parking lot where he was retrieved and brought to a shelter.
Yanked tank
11/3 at 4:14 p.m. A Brook Road resident reported his 100-gallon propane tank, which held the fuel for his Monitor heater, was missing, along with the attached regulators. When questioned by officers, none of his neighbors said they had noticed anything unusual. The man said he would check with the propane company to see if they had removed the tank.
