2/22 at 10:30 p.m. Herbert T. Hampe, 50, of Athens, was arrested on Veranda Street, Portland, by Officer Jeff Pardue on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/27 at 4:48 p.m. Michael Blessing, 33, of Mabel Street, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of domestic violence assault.

2/28 at 12:56 a.m. Mark Macleod, 50, of Shinnecock Lane, was arrested on Woods Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/20 at 9:19 p.m. A 16-year-old male, of Independence Way, was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

2/20 at 9:19 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Winn Farm Lane, was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

2/20 at 9:19 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Old Mill Road, was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol.

2/21 at 2:40 p.m. Julie Wilson, 37, of Baywood Lane, Yarmouth, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Steven Townsend on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and misuse of identification.

Party’s over

2/20 at 9:19 p.m. Four juveniles males were issued summonses after a report of suspicious activity led police to an under-age drinking party on Blackstrap Road. About 10 Falmouth High School students were at the party, but only four were charged, according to Lt. John Kilbride. Three juveniles were charged with possession of liquor after they tested positive for consumption. A fourth juvenile was charged for hosting the party, which was held on his father’s property. The father had been out of town, Kilbride said.
