Summonses

2/16 at 8:21 p.m. Two 17-year-old males, both of Falmouth, were issued  summonses on Winn Road by Officer Steven Townsend on charges of possession of marijuana.

Open carry

2/25 at 12:03 a.m. An adolescent male was seen walking down the side of the road at Woods Road and Marshall Drive with a bow and arrow. He had the the bow slung across his back, and he told police he had it for protection while walking home from the Woodlands Club to his mother’s house. Police drove him home.

Walkout prices

2/25 at 10:58 a.m. Police responded to a delayed theft complaint at Wal-Mart. Employees reported that a suspect walked out of the store with a TV, and believe they have identified him by looking at surveillance videos. The case is under investigation.
