2/21 at 1:07 p.m. Rhiannon Welch, 38, of Ledgewood Drive, was arrested on Ledgewood Drive by Officer Dan Austin on a charge of obstructing the report of a crime.
2/22 at 10:40 p.m. Tomas Petit, 18, of Veranda Street, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

2/14 at 3:06 p.m. Catherine Didominicus, 42, of Marston Street, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Daniel Austin on a charge of theft of services.
