3/14 at 3:45 p.m. Brian Beasley, 18, of Foreside Road, was arrested by Sgt. Frank Soule at Falmouth High School on charges of operating while license is suspended or revoked and violating condition of release.

3/16 at 8:56 p.m. Stuart Norton, 41, of Waites Landing Road, was arrested by Officer Kurt Fagan on Waites Landing Road on a warrant.

3/16 at 4:10 p.m. Marissa Willey, 19, of Falmouth Road, was arrested by Sgt. Kevin Conger, Jr., on Allen Avenue on a warrant from another agency.

3/17 at 9:21 p.m. Michael Fry, 41, of Gray Road, was arrested by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on Gray Road on a warrant.

Summonses

3/10 at 10:04 a.m. Christopher J. Gebhardt, 23, of Gray, was issued a summons by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on Gray Road on a charge of displaying a fictitious inspection sticker.

3/17 at 7:49 p.m. Robert D. Muldowney, 24, of Freeport, was issued a summons by Officer Kerry Warner at Walmart on Route 1 on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru dash

3/12 at 10:48 a.m. Police responded to a call about a hit and run accident at Dunkin’ Donuts at West Falmouth Crossing. An employee told police a customer reportedly struck the pole outside the drive-thru window, chipping the paint and causing limited damage. No suspects have been found.
