Summonses
2/11 at 2:34 p.m. Adam Ruffino, 24, of White Birch Lane, Portland, was issued a summons at Walmart, 206 U.S. Route 1, by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
3/8 at 10:37 p.m. Jeremy Barnies, 30, of Beacon Avenue, Auburn, was issued a summons of Gray Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Surprised party
3/8 at 9:37 p.m. A neighbor’s report of gunfire on Gray Road led police to investigate something far less serious: a sweet sixteen party where fireworks had been set off. Police reminded the birthday girl’s parents that the use of fireworks in Falmouth is illegal, but no summonses were issued, according to Lt. John Kilbride.

3/12 at 8:36 p.m. Chicken coop fire on Jensen Way.
