3/12 at 1:31 a.m. James Ricker, 46, of Court Street, Bath, was arrested on northbound Interstate 295 by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/12 at 1:15 p.m. Harry Conley, 43, of Brook Road, was arrested on Brook Road by Officer Alex Beaton on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/13 at 1:21 a.m. Nicholas Villacci, 24, of Whitney Road, was arrested on Babbidge Road by Officer Steve Townsend on a charge of violating probation.

1/21 at 7:41 p.m. Trista Townsend, 25, of Mechanic Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Alan Twombley on charges of violating conditions of release and theft by unauthorized taking.

3/8 at 11:26 a.m. Stephen Holmes, 65, of Elm Street, Mechanic Falls, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on a charge of attaching false plates.

3/8 11:34 p.m. Nicole Bagley, 37, of Janelle Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons on Woodville Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Food fight

3/8 at 12:57 p.m. Police received a general disturbance call from the Foreside Tavern, where a 75-year-old woman was refusing to leave and causing a disturbance over a disagreement about 75 cents worth of onions on her hamburger. She left once she was informed the police had been called.

Karate kid

3/9 at 8:39 a.m. A homeowner on Winn Road reported a suspicious male in a field behind his house who appeared to simulating firing a gun and falling down. Police discovered he was practicing his martial arts.

Converts or cash?

3/10 at 6 p.m. A group of young men were reported going door to door in the Pleasant Hill Road area, saying they were missionaries, which police found unusual. The following morning, one of the homeowners visited reported her purse had been stolen from her car. Police are not sure if this group was responsible for the theft or not.

Barn fire

3/14 at 7:54 a.m. Crews responded to Woodville Road, where smoke was billowing out of a large barn. The smoke was caused by a chicken coop that was burning inside, and residents were fighting the fire with snow. Crews extinguished the remaining fire that had spread to some storage and beams of the 200-year-old structure. Four chickens died.
