6/18 at 9:36 a.m. Scott DiBiase, 47, of Route 1, was arrested on Allen Avenue Extension by Officer Kerry Warner on a charge of violation of a protection order.

Summonses

6/11 at 1:11 p.m. Richard R. Brown, 35, of Woodfords Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Lucas Hallett on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

6/14 at 6:42 a.m. Alexander E. Hurst, 25, of Pine Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of speeding more than 30 mph over the limit.

6/16 at 1:14 a.m. Timothy Nash, 19, of Providence Avenue, was issued a summons on Foreside Road by Officer Jeff Pardue on charges of possession of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana.

6/16 at 1:14 a.m. Edward J. Rogers, 18, of Veronica Lane, was issued a summons on Foreside Road by Officer Jeff Pardue on charges of illegal transportation of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana.

iPod fraud

6/13 at 9:04 p.m. A caller reported to police that a white female had approached him at Hannaford Supermarket and asked if he wanted to buy an iPod so she could afford to buy food for her child. The caller reportedly told the woman he would buy food for her child, but that he didn’t want to buy the iPod. He told police the woman got upset with him and left, so he reportedly decided to call police to report the suspicious incident.

Registered as a non-profit?

6/15 at 3:58 p.m. An employee at Irving Little Mart on Route 1 reported that a  tall, bald black man allegedly grabbed about $30 from a charity donation jar on the store counter and took off. Police checked the bus stop and surrounding area, but could not locate the suspect.

Turkey shoot

6/15 at 6:42 p.m. Police received a call from a neighbor on Twin Meadows Lane who reported seeing hunters on the Hansen farm property hunting near the house. Police responded and discovered the farm owners had a special permit for culling turkeys from the property.

6/10 at 10:10 a.m. Motor vehicle accident on Route 1.

6/12 at 11:44 a.m. Structure fire on Depot Road.

6/12 at 4:43 p.m. Motor vehicle accident on Leighton Road.

6/12 at 7:27 p.m. Fire on Woodville Road.

6/14 at 7:07 p.m. Fire alarm on Barre Way.

6/15 at 5:48 p.m. Fire alarm on Blueberry Lane.
