5/22 at 2:20 a.m. Derik S. Jones, 39, of North Raymond Road, Gray, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/27 at 12:58 a.m. Rory Nagem, 19, of Longwoods Road, was arrested on Mackenzie Lane by Officer Steve Townsend on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

5/17 at 9:18 a.m. Jessica Harnden, 42, of Orion Way, Windham, was issued a summons on Babbidge Road by Officer Michael Brown on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

5/17 at 3:26 p.m. Anthony Fusco, 55, of Eleanor Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Mountain Road by Officer Michael Brown on a charge of attaching false plates.

Writing on the wall

5/23 at 8:15 a.m. Police reported a threatening message had been written on a men’s bathroom wall and then scribbled out Falmouth High School. After interviews and a review of footage of people entering the bathroom, police were unable to identify who wrote the message. They determined it did not meet the threshold for closing the school. Police communicated with parents and have increased their presence at the school.

Fighting over Fido

5/24 at 4:23 p.m. A woman called police from the parking of Wal-Mart on U.S. Route 1 about a dog being left in a car with all the windows up. The woman confronted the owner of the car, who allegedly called her “white trash.” She allegedly swore at him, and police explained to the owner how to maintain an animal in a car.

5/22 at 7:17 p.m. Fire alarm on Blueberry Lane.

5/23 at 9:22 a.m. Hazardous materials call on Winn Road.

5/23 at 5:58 p.m. Motor vehicle accident on the southbound Interstate 295.

5/25 at 11:07 a.m. Fire call on Bucknam Road.

5/26 at 1:01 p.m. Fire call on U.S. Route 1.

5/26 at 5:33 p.m. Motor vehicle fire on the southbound Maine Turnpike.
