Arrests

6/6 at 2:05 a.m. Michael Chase, 24, of Gray Road, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 in Cumberland by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating under the influence and exceeding the speed limit by 10 to 14 mph.

6/7 at 5:45 a.m. Zachary Dulac, 22, of Carter Street, Portland, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/8 at 7:50 p.m. Mark Doherty, 51, of Knight Street, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Kevin Conger on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/11 at 4:39 p.m. John Gribbin, 49, of Wellington Road, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Steve Townsend on a charge of operating under the influence.

Night moves

6/10 at 1:44 a.m. A suspicious male was reported yelling loudly and listening to music while walking at Greenway Drive and Fern Avenue. Police discovered he was intoxicated and was most likely singing loudly. Police gave him a ride home.

Hot threads, cool price

6/11 at 3:28 p.m. Workers at Wal-Mart reported a delayed theft call, after a man came in with $280 worth of stolen clothes and returned them for store credit. Police are investigating the incident.
