6/5 at 6:45 p.m. Robert Owens, 49, of Fox Run Road, was arrested on Fox Run Road by Officer Jeff Smith on charges of violating conditions of release and domestic violence assault.
6/6 at 9:37 p.m. Steven Morrill, 45, of Congress Street, Portland, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of criminal trespass.
6/9 at 2:15 a.m. Nathaniel Lukens, 26, of Greely Road Extension, Cumberland, was arrested on Bucknam Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating under the influence.
Summonses
No criminal summonses were reported from June 3–10.
Dude – where’s my car?
6/4 at 4:56 p.m. A patron of the Portland Country Club on Foreside Road reported his vehicle had been stolen. However, it was later discovered the vehicle had been mistakenly taken by another man who had a similar vehicle. The man reporting the theft had left the keys in the vehicle, and upon realizing his mistake, the second man returned with the vehicle.

6/9 at 11:52 a.m. Accident on northbound Interstate 295.
