Falmouth emergency medical services responded to 21 calls June 22-29.

Above and beyond the call

Police officers never know what they’ll be called on to do in service to the community, but Officer Mathew Yeaton displayed what one thankful resident called “patience and kindness” last week when coaxing a scared little dog named Bianca out from under a deck at her owner’s home. The Facebook post praising Yeaton’s actions also noted he completed the rescue “without a hair out of place.”
