7/17 at 3:10 a.m. Catherine Osgood, 53, of Union Street, Hermon, was arrested on southbound Interstate 295 by Officer Jeff Pardue on charges of operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
