7/8 at 11:23 p.m. Roberts Cott, 19, of Leighton Road, Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Cheryl Dupuis on a charge of minor possession of liquor.

7/8 at 11:23 p.m. Morgan Burns, 21, of Merrill Road, Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Cheryl Dupuis on a charge of drinking in public.

7/12 at 2:32 p.m. Jonathan Hillier, 30, of Front Street, South Portland, was issued a summons by Harbormaster Al Twombley on a charge of possession of marijuana.

7/12 at 2:32 p.m. Shon Myers, 32, of Eastman Road, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Harbormaster Al Twombley on a charge of  possession of marijuana.

7/16 at 10:39 a.m. Thomas Dyk, 32, of Deering Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of operating without a license.

Forceful pick-up line

7/11 at 12:38 a.m. A woman on Middle Road called police to report that a man was standing across the street yelling that he had a gun and he planned to use it. When officers responded to the residence, the man had left. An intoxicated woman admitted police into the house where the man had allegedly directed his threats. Four others were in the house, ranging in age from late teens to late twenties. Police never located a gun.

The one that got away

7/15 at 10:48 p.m. Police received a call from two people who both had their driver’s side windows broken while they were fishing by the bridge on Brook Road. Nothing was taken from the cars, which were parked next to each other.

Stopped from stealing stop

7/16 at 7:54 p.m. A group of kids was observed taking a stop sign from Pleasant Hill Road. Officer Robert Susi knew the youths involved and had them return the sign.
