6/29 at 1:15 a.m. William P. Morrison, 63, of Falkland Street, Brighton, Massachusetts, was arrested on Blackstrap Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/1 at 1:02 p.m. Shawn Bubar, 31, of River Road, Windham, was arrested on Olde Blackwood Way by Officer Matt Fulmer on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

7/2 at 2:40 p.m. Matthew S. Storms, 50, of Marginal Way, Portland, was arrested on Legion Road by Lt. John Kilbride on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

7/3 at 1:45 a.m. Angela M. MacDonald, 32, of Skillin Road, Cumberland, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on charges of operating with an expired license for more than 90 days and violating conditions of release.

7/4 at 1:23 a.m. Thomas Leahy, 30, of Lambert Street, Portland, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/4 at 3:25 a.m. Spencer Blair-Glantz, 30, of Briarwood Lane, was arrested on Allen Avenue Extension by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating under the influence.
