Arrests

12/26 at 11:32 p.m. John R. Jablonski, 57, of Foreside Commons, was arrested on Foreside Commons by Officer Lucas Hallett on charges of operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license.

12/30 at 2:58 p.m. Melissa R. Hilliard, 63, of Waterman Drive, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Depot Road by Officer Kerry Warner on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

Merry Christmas (again)!

12/27 at 11:45 a.m. Steve Goodwin, a Falmouth fire and police volunteer, turned in a woman’s wallet he found on Gray Road with $370 in cash in it. Police tracked down the owner and returned the wallet to her. She told police the money was her Christmas present, and she reportedly was very relieved to have it returned.

A spitting image

12/27 at 7:39 p.m. A caller on Mast Road reported that someone had smeared a Pepsi bottle full of spit and chewing tobacco all over the inside of the caller’s car, which had been left unlocked. The caller reported that a similar incident had happened in January 2011, where someone smeared baloney and urine all over the car.

Court ‘copay’ is probably more

12/30 at 2:58 p.m. Police responded to a call from a Rite Aid employee reporting that a woman had ripped the employee’s nametag from her shirt and was being disruptive. The woman was allegedly upset over the amount of a copay for a prescription. When Officer Kerry Warner attempted to escort the woman – Melissa Hilliard, 63, of Old Orchard Beach – from the store, she allegedly became combative. She was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
