1/20 at 10:15 a.m. Martha Dumont, 57, of Brown Cove Road, Windham, was arrested on Blackstrap Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating under the influence and failure to display current or valid certification of inspection.

1/20 at 12:20 p.m. Jennifer Monahan, 39, of Bishop Street, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating under the influence and trafficking in prison contraband.

1/22 at 6:29 p.m. Harry Conley, 43, of Brook Road, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle and criminal trespass.

1/16 at 5:22 p.m. A woman on Blackstrap Road reported seeing a strange man walking away from her home. She found her back door was unlocked and thought her computer may have been used, and suspected her estranged husband may be involved. Police said they have not identified the man or proved he was actually in the house.
