1/22 at 9:33 p.m. Andrew Hyland, 55, of Town Landing Road, was issued a summons on Foreside Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

1/29 at 7:21 p.m. A 16-year-old male, of Falmouth, was issued a summons on Middle Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Morning after

1/23 at 8:20 a.m. Police received a phone call about a man sleeping in the back of a running vehicle next to the Irving Little Mart on U.S. Route 1. They discovered the man was intoxicated and dropped him off at his residence.

In distress

1/26 at 9:05 a.m. Police were called to help locate a seventh grader who had run away from Falmouth Middle School and into the woods.

Cold treatment

1/27 at 9:29 p.m. A man was found in the McDonald’s parking lot, cold and without a cell phone. He was working for a snow removal company and told police he was abandoned there by his company. Police brought him back to a resource center in Portland.

Nature called, left note

1/29 at 1:02 p.m. Someone broke into the unmanned guard shack on Mackworth Island by kicking down the door. Prior to leaving the scene, the person left an apology note explaining they had a child that needed to use the bathroom.

1/26 at 8:35 a.m. Motor vehicle accident on the Maine Turnpike.

1/26 at 9:12 a.m. Fire call on Twin Meadows Lane.

1/28 at 12:46 a.m. Fire alarm on Linsausiq Way.
