1/23 at 1:37 a.m. Thornton Thompson, 19, of Bruce Hill Road, Cumberland, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Alex Beaton on charges of violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

1/23 at 1:59 a.m. Marinko Marinic, 35, of University Street, Portland, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating under the influence.

1/24 at 8:55 p.m. Aris Faizi, 30, of Forest Park, Portland, was arrested on Falmouth Road by Sgt. George Savidge on charges of operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.

1/25 at 11:45 a.m. Amanda Douglas, 21, of St. Andrews Circle, was arrested on St. Andrews Circle by Sgt. Kevin Conger on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

1/27 at 1:09 a.m. Hallam Singer, 26, of Dunphy Lane, New Gloucester, was arrested on Summit Street in Portland, by Sgt. Kevin Conger on an outstanding warrant from another agency and issued a summons on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

1/28 at 11:11 p.m. Steven Lamontagne, 32, of South Tamworth Road, Oxford, was arrested on Gray Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

1/20 at 10:29 a.m.Michelle N. Quesada, 47, of Dummer Street, Bath, was issued a summons on Bucknam Road by Officer Matthew Fulmer on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

1/23 at 1:10 a.m. Andrew Goodman, 25, of Summer Street, Auburn, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Robert Ryder on charges of possession of marijuana and and exceeding the speed limit by 10 to 14 mph.

1/27 at 3:37 p.m. John Harnois, 32, of East Kidder Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Lunt Road by Officer Alan Twombley on a charge of possession of marijuana.

1/27 at 10:01 p.m. Shane Dickey, 22, of Pine Street, Gorham, was issued a summons on Lafayette Street, Yarmouth by Officer Robert Ryder on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

1/27 at 9:40 p.m. Joseph A. Fortin, 20, of Gray Road, Gorham, was issued a summons on Brook Road by Officer Robert Ryder on  charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug.

Liquid diet

1/25 at 5:48 p.m. Police responded to a disturbance call at Orchid Thai on U.S. Route 1 to a man harassing the staff. After ordering food, the man allegedly had multiple drinks while waiting for his food and became intoxicated. He ate in his vehicle, but came back in demanding his food order be filled. He refused to leave, and later allegedly grabbed another patron’s food. Police arrived and drove him home. No charges were filed.
