2/18 at 6:39 p.m. Paul R. Day Jr., 66, of James Way, Windham, was arrested on Hurricane Road by Sgt. Kevin Conger on charges of operating with an expired license and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

2/18 at 8:28 p.m. Ricky Williams, 53, of Ocean Avenue, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Matt Fulmer on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/19 at 3:20 p.m. Timothy P. Cassidy, 23, of Eureka Road, was arrested on Winn Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and improperly displaying motor vehicle plates.

2/21 at 9:43 p.m. Amy E. Chamberlain, 41, of Princess Point Road, Yarmouth, was arrested on Bucknam Road by Officer Kurt Fegan on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.
