2/8 at 10:54 p.m. Richard W. Lee, 48, of Legion Road, was arrested by Officer Jeff Pardue on Legion Road on a charge of domestic violence assault.

2/8 at 11:34 p.m. John Anthony Pray, 46, of Hamlin Road, was arrested by Officer Dan Austin on Hamlin Road on a charge of domestic violence assault.

2/9 at 10:25 p.m. Christopher B. Darling, 22, of Windham, was arrested by Officer Jeff Pardue on Gray Road on a warrant. 

Summonses

1/31 at 3:58 p.m Cathlynn G. DiFrancesco, 55, of Portland, was issued a summonses on Longwoods Road by Officer Phillip Hatch for operating while license suspended or revoked.

2/7 at 1:50 p.m. Stephen G. Odum, 22, of Raymond, was issued summonses on Allen Avenue Extension by Officer Dean Mazziotti for operating after license suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. 

Dubious delivery

2/4 at 3:57 a.m. A residents called police to report a suspicious car with its four-way flashers on driving up and down Edgewater Road. Police determined the driver was delivering newspapers.

Unwelcome guest

2/6 at 9:34 a.m. A resident of Blackstrap Road reported a raccoon she believed to be rabid was trying to dig a hole under her deck. An officer killed the animal, which was not believed to have made contact with people or pets.

Memory in the gutter

2/8 at 9:39 a.m. A Blackstrap Road resident reported a suspicious vehicle was parked in her driveway and several men were walking around. Police reported the women forgot the men were from a gutter company she reportedly hired to work on her home.
