2/4 at 12:26 p.m. Kody A. Rickett, 19, of Willey Lane, Casco, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating while a license was suspended or revoked.

2/10 at 11 p.m. Paul A. Clement, 64, of Foreside Road, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Lucas Hallett on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

 2/10 at 7:39 a.m. Richard L. Danforth, 44, of Sherburne Lane, was issued a summons on Middle Road by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on a charge of attaching false plates.

Roadkill cafe

2/7 at 2 p.m. A passer-by called police to report an injured deer on the side of the road. Police arrived and shot the deer, which had been hit by an unknown car. The passer-by told police he would take the deer for meat.

Plowed in

2/8 at 7:56 a.m. A homeowner near Lunt Road called police to complain that snow was being plowed into the public roadway and the homeowner’s driveway by a private company plowing for Tidewater. Falmouth Public Works reportedly took care of the allegedly misplaced snow.

Dog gone

2/11 at 8:18 p.m. A caller reported to police that the family had mistakenly left a brown and black Yorkie dog at the Falmouth Shopping Center an hour and a half before. The family was reportedly en route back to Falmouth from New Hampshire to fetch the dog. They told police the dog answered to both “Bennie” and “Mr. Bean.” Officers reportedly located the dog on top of a giant snowbank in the shopping center parking lot. He was OK and officers returned him to the owners when they arrived back in town.

2/7 at 2:02 p.m. Smoke in the building on Cavendish Road.

2/8 at 11:30 a.m. Fire alarm on Gray Road.

2/9 at 7:51 p.m. Vehicle fire on Maine Turnpike.
