1/31 at noon. Adam Audette, 37, of McKinley Road, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Steve Townsend on a charge of operating under the influence.

Feeling plowed

1/30 at 11:42 a.m. Police responded to a suspicious activity call of a possibly impaired man in a red pickup truck. Police performed a sobriety test and determined he was not impaired. Police determined he was simply fatigued from plowing, and advised him to rest.

Booze, then cruise

1/31 at 2:59 p.m. Police responded to a large theft of alcohol from the Hannaford Supermarket on 65 Gray Road, but were unable to locate the thieves.

What’s that sound?

2/2 at 12:57 a.m. A woman called police because she believed she heard someone in her apartment banging on her door. Police arrived, but did not locate anyone or find any marks on the door.

Weeds of crime

2/4 at 3:10 p.m. A clerk at the Lil’Mart on U.S. Route 1 reported being verbally threatened by a juvenile male and juvenile females after refusing to sell the group cigarettes. Police were unable to locate them or their vehicle.

Packing heat

2/4 at 3:44 p.m. Police received a call about a man at the Falmouth Car Wash on U.S. Route 1 acting suspiciously. The man reportedly got out of his car, put a case on top of his car and took a gun out of the case. He then appeared to load the gun and holster it. He did not threaten anyone with the gun or display the weapon, so no crime was committed.

Road trip

2/4 at 11:59 p.m. A man making a delivery to the Dunkin’ Donuts on U.S. Route 1 reported that the front door was unlocked and he heard a man talking to himself inside. Police responded and found a homeless man from Portland locked in the public restroom. The man said he had come to town to buy boots and a cell phone, but didn’t have enough money to return to Portland. He then said he wanted to kill himself, so he was taken to Maine Medical Center.

Knock knock

2/5 at 10:15 a.m. Police were unable to locate a gray van with Ohio plates spotted on Shoreline Drive. The female driver and three male passengers were reported to have been going door to door in the area.

1/31 at 7:52 a.m. Motor vehicle accident on the southbound Interstate 295.

1/31 at 4:40 p.m. Motor vehicle accident on the Maine Turnpike Spur.

2/3 at 8:03 a.m. Fire alarm on U.S. Route 1.

2/5 at 1:26 p.m. Motor vehicle accident on the southbound Interstate 295.

2/6 at 6:22 a.m. Fire alarm on Sprucewood Lane.
