11/14 at 3:53 a.m. Zachary Ramsay, 21, of Hamlin Road, was arrested on Allen Ave. by Officer Jeff Pardue on charges of operating under the influence, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
11/24 at 1:42 p.m. William Boucher, 48, of Park Ave., Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Sgt. Kevin Conger on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
