12/17 at 12:37 p.m. Christopher Perry, 37, of Broadway, South Portland, was arrested on the Martin’s Point Bridge by Officer Jeff Pardue on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

12/17 at 1:26 p.m. Jordon Messer, 19, of Marston Street, was arrested on Marshall Drive by Officer Al Twombley on a charge of theft by deception.

12:18 at 1:27 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Windham, was arrested on Mackworth Island by Officer Dan Austin on a probation violation.

12/18 at 3:35 p.m. George Sotirolpoulos, 36, of Salty Dog Way, was arrest on Salty Dog Way by Officer Dan Austin on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

Summonses

11/19 at 4:53 p.m. Vivian Bean, 42, of Leeman Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Phillip Hatch on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

12/13 at 7:26 p.m. Thomas Pierson, 21, of Tims Run, Gray, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Robert Ryder on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon.

12/14 at 9:45 a.m. Vehicle fire on the southbound Maine Turnpike.

12/16 at 7:54 a.m. Fire alarm on Mountain Road.

12/16 at 4:20 p.m. Carbon monoxide alarm on Foreside Road.
