12/14 at 11:15 a.m. Somayeh Kargar, 31, of Howards End Drive, was arrested on Leighton Road by Officer Mike Brown on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, operating under the influence, attaching false license plates and operating with a suspended registration.
