12/6 at 11:00 a.m. Dale A. Leavitt, 51, of Casco Terrace, Falmouth, was arrested by Officer George Savidge on a warrant.

12/7 at 12:56 a.m. Richard W. Lee, 46, of Legion Road, Falmouth, was arrested by Officer Dan Hatch and charged with simple assault and violating condition of release.

12/7 at 4 p.m. A 16-year-old female was arrested by Officer Stephen Hamilton and charged with assault on a police officer and aggravated criminal mischief.

12/11 at 6:00 p.m. Jackie Davis Bauer, 36, of Falmouth Road, Falmouth, was arrested by Sergeant Frank Soule on a warrant.

12/7 at 1:19 p.m. An employee at the Route 1 Wal-Mart called police to report the store had taken in three counterfeit $10 bills. According to police, there have been many counterfeit 10-, 20- and 50-dollar bills passed recently. In each case, officers must follow up with a report and forward the information to the Secret Service for further investigation.

Unruly

12/7 at 3:42 p.m. A caller reported what appeared to be two people attempting to pull a young female into a vehicle at the intersection of Route 1 and Greenway Drive. When police responded, they discovered a husband and wife were trying to control their juvenile daughter with whom they had been having a verbal dispute. According to police, when officers tried to assist the family, the girl kicked Officer Stephen Hamilton in the thigh several times and spit on him. After reportedly continuing to spit throughout her ride, the juvenile allegedly kicked out the rear window of the police cruiser, causing more than $500 damage. She was arrested and charged with assault on a police officer and aggravated criminal mischief. The juvenile was transported to Long Creek Youth Development Center.

12/8 at 5:54 p.m. The Foreside Tavern on Route 1 called police to report three customers had left the restaurant without paying their $80 tab. Restaurant management believed the act was intentional as the three left by a side door. They were seen taking off in a car with out-of-state plates.
