11/28 at 1:30 p.m. Michael Sawyer, 33, of Harmony Road, Portland, was arrested on Trolley Farm Way by Officer Dennis Ryder on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/30 at 4:03 a.m. James Suarez, 37, of Glenwood Avenue, was arrested on Pleasant Hill Road by Officer Jeff Smith on charges of violating conditions of release, terrorizing, criminal trespass, and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

12/1 at 3:32 p.m. Michael Boucher, 60, of Tanbury Trail, Windham, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Alex Beaton on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, and an an outstanding warrant from another agency.

12/1 at 6:49 p.m. Randy Bourgoin, 36, of Baker Road, Freeport, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Alex Beaton on an outstanding warrant from another agency.


11/15 at 4:39 p.m. Brenda Sullivan, 38, of Clark Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of operating under the influence.

Gardening at night

12/4 at at 1:06 a.m. Police responded to a call on Ledgewood Drive, where a neighbor reported seeing a car without lights back up to an empty house that was for sale, and the driver emerged with a flashlight. Police discovered the individual had been the owner of the house, and was digging up plants from the garden she claimed were hers. Police told the woman to return them and not come back to the house.

11/30 at 7:32 p.m. Motor vehicle accident on the northbound Interstate 295.

12/1 at 4 a.m. Fire alarm on Ledgewood Drive.

12/1 at 9:42 p.m. Fire alarm on Carroll Street.

12/3 at 4:12 p.m. Motor vehicle accident on Gray Road.
